Timetable/Structure of day

Timetable/Structure 

 

Here is an idea of a timetable you may wish to follow to help your child into a routine of home learning: 

 

Before 9am- Wake up- Get dressed, have breakfast, brush teeth and tidy your room. 

 

9am-10am- Exercise time- Joe Wicks, Go Noodle, Cosmic Yoga. 

 

10am-11am- Learning time- School work pack (Phonics, writing or maths, reading and sharing a book). 

 

11am-12pm- Creative/Play Time- Lego, drawing, colouring, imaginative play, baking etc. 

 

12pm-1pm- Lunch/Relax time 

 

1pm-1:30pm- Exercise time- Joe Wicks, Go Noodle, Cosmic Yoga. 

 

1:30pm- 2:30pm- Learning time- School work pack (Phonics, writing or maths, reading and sharing a book). 

 

2:30pm- 3pm- Playing outside- Enjoy playing outside and getting some fresh air. 

 

3pm-3:30pm- Quiet time- Reading a book, playing a board game, watching your favourite TV programme, playing on your iPad etc.
