We have also been practicing our number formation, ensuring all of our numbers are facing the right way.

Please practice writing numbers 1-10. To help, i've included a link to a sheet underneath you can print off or trace on the screen.

Phonics/English

We have now learnt our phase 3 sounds and have lots of new digraphs and trigraphs to use in our writing.

Underneath are some sheets that show different pictures - can you sound out the words and write them? Can you hear any of our new sounds?

Initial sounds name challenge

Write down your name on a piece of paper - look at all the different sounds in your name!

Can you find something in your house that begins with each sound? Can you sound them out and write them?

Topic

This week we have been learning all about firefighters. We have looked at what equipment they use, what they wear and what sort of things they do everyday in their jobs. Can you create or draw your own firefighter? You can use whatever you want to do this - crayons, paint, chalk or even any junk you have.
