Before & After School Club – Key Information for Parents

Session Times & Costs

• Breakfast Club: 7:30am – start of school day (£5 per child, includes light breakfast).
• After School Club: End of school – 6:00pm (£10.50 per child, includes snack tea).
• Ad hoc booking (less than 24hrs notice): +£5 per child.

Booking Rules

• All bookings must be made via ParentPay.
• Please book the week before sessions are needed to help us plan.
• Bookings close at 9:30am (breakfast club) and 3:30pm (after-school club) the day before.
• For ad hoc bookings, please telephone the school office to confirm availability.

Drop-off & Collection

• Parents must sign children in each morning and sign them out each evening.

Late Collection

• Club closes promptly at 6:00pm.
• Late collection is charged at £5 for every 15 minutes (or part thereof).
• If your child is not collected by 6:00pm and no contact is made, the school’s Uncollected Child Policy will be followed.

Safeguarding

• Daily registers are cross-checked with class teachers to ensure children are accounted for.
• Any allergies, dietary needs, or medical conditions must be shared with staff.
• The school’s Behaviour Policy applies in club.
