Dear Parents/ Carers,
Year 2 Easter Holiday Activities (Optional)
The children have been working so hard this term they deserve a break. However, it is important they read daily and if they want to they can complete the maths activities we are sending home. At the front of the booklet are some very useful sheets to show how we teach the four operations. These can also be found on our website under curriculum/ mathematics.
We do not need the maths worksheets back, they are to help consolidate their learning in maths and help prepare them for the term ahead. In addition, it would be very beneficial if the children could also practice their times tables- 2, 5 and 10 and if they are confident with these then 3’s. hit the button is an excellent online game for the children to use.

Thank you for your continued support, have a relaxing Easter holiday.
